Stio Kids’ Rafferty Insulated Pant

Keeping winter-loving kids warm and comfy during weekend ski team practice, resort laps with the family and after-school sledding sessions, the Kids’ Rafferty Insulated Pant is our full-featured, fully insulated and fully weatherproof ski pant for kids. Designed to provide grown-up performance to young rippers, the Rafferty features a tough, waterproof Hulett™ canvas shell fabric with fully sealed seams, it stands up to routine wipeouts and everyday wear and tear. The pant’s 80g Peakfill™ synthetic insulation provides warmth, while the easily adjustable waist provides plenty of room for fast-growing kids. An interior name-tag label avoids lost outerwear, and the instep kick patch and no insulation in the cuff makes for a slim and durable design in high-wear areas.

Our new PeakProof rating ensures a Teton-tested level of waterproof technology and breathable comfort for elevated action in mountain environments. 

 

Insulation: PeakFill™ Insulation, 50% Recycled Polyester, 50% Polyester, 80g/m2

Our foundational PeakFill insulation blends the versatility of synthetic loft with the situational ability to stay warm even when wet. Designed to retain heat in cool conditions during moderate daily activity, yet still remain comfortably breathable, PeakFill is Wyoming-rated to warm up chilly mornings or cold snaps without feeling unnecessarily bulky or restrictive. 

Lining: 50 Denier Plainweave, 100% Polyester, 73g/m2 with WR

Kickpatch: CORDURA®, 420 Denier Dobby, 100% Nylon, 310 g/m2 with DWR finish

CORDURA® is a 100% polyester, 600 Denier Ripstop fabric with a TPU Coating and DWR finish. Its rugged properties make it abrasion resistant, ultra durable and made to last through everyday wear.
